SPORTS NUTRITION This course is designed for the student athlete who is interested in the role of nutrition in promoting top athletic performance.It will include comprehensive nutrition information and all students to assess their own personal needs for major food nutrients to improve performance, promote endurance, and maintain health.   Foods lab preparation will include simple meals for those who want food fast but also choose to avoid high calorie, nutrient poor fast food.
